The Amplorium application (the "App"), created and operated by Amplorium LLC ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"), provides social media automation and AI content creation services (the "Service") to Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you sign up for an account, install the App, or connect your Shopify store and social media accounts to the Service.
Personal Information We Collect
When you install and use the App, we collect the minimum necessary information required to operate and provide our services:
• Shopify Store Information: Through Shopify’s authorized API, we receive your store name, primary email address, myshopify.com domain, store owner name, timezone, and general store settings necessary to establish and maintain your connection.
• Connected Social Media Accounts: When you connect your social media profiles (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest), we receive and securely store OAuth access tokens and account identifiers necessary to publish and schedule posts as instructed by you. We never receive, access, or store your social media account passwords.
• Catalog & Media Content: To generate AI product images, captions, and social media posts, our Service accesses product data from your store that you designate (such as product titles, descriptions, pricing, and product photos).
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We promise never to sell your personal information. We use the collected data strictly to:
• Create, schedule, and publish posts to your connected social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) on your behalf.
• Generate AI product images, video creative, and captions based on your Shopify catalog.
• Provide customer service, technical assistance, and account support.
• Send service announcements, feature updates, and billing notifications.
• Maintain, protect, and optimize the security and performance of the Service.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
• Authorized Social Platforms: Content and media you choose to publish are transmitted directly to the respective social networks (Meta/Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) via their official APIs.
• Service Providers & Infrastructure: We may share data with vetted third-party technical vendors (such as cloud hosting providers, AI infrastructure, and database systems) who assist us in operating the Service under strict confidentiality and security terms.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or lawful government request, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
Your Rights (GDPR & Global Privacy)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy regulations, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or erased.

Data Retention & Security
The App retains records describing your Shopify store relationship (including your Shopify store name, myshopify.com subdomain, owner name, and email address) and connected social authentication tokens only for as long as your account is active and as necessary to provide you with the Service.
When you uninstall the App from your Shopify store, your active relationship ceases immediately. Associated access tokens are promptly revoked and queued for permanent deletion in compliance with Shopify's data protection requirements.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect, for example, changes to our practices, features, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
